- Data collection – purpose and scope, legal basis, parties concerned
2.1. Collection of personal data for registration and profile creation
Pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), certain services such as, for example, contacting us via the contact form, registering for the online pinboard to use the contact function for offers, the preparation of requests as well as the comment function in the blog require a user agreement as the basis for the processing of personal data. When we collect data, we indicate the data categories, as well as the purpose and scope of use. We routinely collect the name, first name, email address, as well as the gender (during registration), since the use of our website is reserved for women. After registration we also obtain your phone number to contact you in the case of suspected misuse or improper use of our website by you or through your fault.
In the event that we want to process your personal data for other purposes in the future, e.g. newsletter, community offers, we will request your revocable consent beforehand pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and indicate this during data collection. The same applies for the collection and use of data beyond the scope required for providing our services in the context of registration, for example: additional personal and voluntary profile information, including uploaded profile pictures.
2.2. Contact platform – disclosure to other users
No manual or automatic matching of offers and requests is carried out via the platform. Each user can use the search function to find suitable offers / requests and establish direct contact with other users via the platform. We automatically send the contact phone number and email address of the user under their pseudonym to the user wishing to establish contact.
2.3. Disclosure to authorities, authorized parties
Due to legal requirements, we may be obliged to divulge the personal data stored in your profile to third parties. This is the case, for example, if there is suspicion of a criminal offense or misuse of our website, to the extent that this is required in the framework of investigations carried out by the competent law enforcement authorities or for the fulfilment of any Vielfalt gründet copyright and personality right obligations.
2.4. Technical data collected in the framework of website visits (sessions)
In connection with the retrieval of information on the website, technical data is stored on our servers for content provision or backup purposes that may permit indirect identification.
- a) Session cookies
We use “cookies” (small files with configuration information). These are used, in particular, to detect the frequency of use and the number of users of our website and enhance your browsing experience on our website.
The use of our website is also possible without cookies. Most browsers are configured in such a way that they accept cookies automatically. You can, however, deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser to inform you before cookies are stored.
- IP address
- The time and date of the visit
These are immediately deleted at the end of the session.
2.6 Hyperlinks to websites of third-party providers
Our website contains hyperlinks to websites of other providers, particularly to action groups. These hyperlinks take you directly to the websites of the other providers. This can be recognised, among other things, by the change in URL. We cannot accept responsibility for the confidential handling of your data on third party websites, since we have no influence on these organisations complying with the data protection regulations. Please refer directly to the websites of these organisations to find out how your data is handled.
- Your rights:
3.1. Access to information, rectification, processing restrictions in the case of objections, contact, complaints
On request, we will inform you at any time, whether and which data we store about you and update or modify this data if you inform us about applicable changes and modifications, or we will restrict processing, should you object. Please send your requests to email@example.com. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.
3.2. Deletion, blocking, archiving, transfer
- a) Processing period and storage obligations
Vielfalt gründet stores your data for as long as it is required for the purposes described above. The storage and deletion periods for the cookies used on our platform are listed in the list of cookies. Contact form data is deleted immediately upon completion of the necessary correspondence; registration data is deleted after three years from the end of the year of the end of the use, unless we are obliged to further storage, e.g. due to documentation obligations vis-à-vis the project carriers and the authorities, or if you use your data before the expiry of this period for a new request or registration. As far as technically and organisationally possible, we will block your data and archive it for the fulfilment of retention obligations.
- b) Newsletter subscriptions:
Newsletter subscription data is blocked as soon as you unsubscribe from the newsletter, and your data is transferred to a blacklist in order to prevent re-sending of the newsletter. On request, the data of registered users is ported to a common, structured machine-readable format and/or deleted after the expiry of the retention periods.
- c) Withdrawal of consent
You can also at any time revoke your consent to the future processing and storage of your personal data by Vielfalt gründet. To revoke your consent, simply send an informal letter or email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete your data upon request. To the extent that legal reasons exist that require us to retain the data, e.g. documentation obligations vis-à-vis the project carriers and the authorities, we will block access to the data and keep it only for the fulfilment of these obligations.
- Technical and organisational measures for safeguarding IT security
We undertake technical and organisational security measures to prevent a loss or misuse of stored personal data. These measures are regularly reviewed and adapted to the level of technological development.
